Could somebody PLEASE tell me how the Geek Squad stays in business? They are the worst! But I promise to make it up to my adoring followers (all 3 of you! & Hi Mom!) just as soon as I get it back...it's just too complicated with the limited access I have at the moment.

call the community college and hire a student. they are smarter than the pro's. jobs are hard to find and the college kids are hungry!
