After our horse show recently, we made a side trip to meet up with some good friends, the Pervorse girls. (Sorry- DoraLee & Salam would NOT let me post their picture!)
We met up at Tanner State Park which is west of Atlanta near Carrollton...and had a wonderful time watching the kids splash in the lake. Afterward we met Daddy Dan Pervorse at Mellow Mushroom for pizza just before he flew out for a business trip to the United Arab Emorates to build a ropes course!
(He has THE COOLEST JOB EVER!)
(For those of you who may not know- we travelled with the Pervorses to China to adopt our girls, Ruby & Tian and we have become forever friends! That was one of the neat things about adoption we didn't expect--gaining a daughter AND a whole bunch of lifelong friends!)

Ruby & Tian had great fun catching up and playing in the water.
I was so blessed to see ALL of my children playing together--pretty remarkable when you have an age span like ours..3 yrs to 15yrs.
Grady is discovering how much fun his brother Reames is!
It's always fun to have brothers to throw you around and tussle with!
Reames even did a little triathlon training while we were here...he'll be back in a few weeks to compete in his 1st triathlon-biking, swimming, running!
Good times, good food, and a little sunburn---perfect ingredients for some memory making!

Looks like you had a great time! Love the picture of Ruby and Tian. Can't wait for our next reunion. Has Grady had his swimming lessons yet?
