They won their first game 38-2!
Adams tried out for his middle school football team, recently, along with 80 other boys. Only 35 made the team and he is one of them. His other commitments have been laid aside temporarily while he pursues the gridiron. He comes home after a long school day (straight a's again this 9 weeks) and a 3 hour practice---tired, sweaty, smelly, HUNGRY, and satisfied. He seems to be enjoying the rigor and challenge but I can tell he misses his academic bowl, reading bowl team, math team, model un, national junior honor society, science olympics, pep band, scouts, piano, etc. The boy never stops but he seems to excell at everything he sets his mind to...
