RC competed in the school spelling bee today. Last year, he won and went to county but today he came in 3rd. He was such a good sport and I was proud of him... I would have been a puddle on the floor if I'd walked into the school auditorium and seem those 6 lonely chairs on the stage and a room full of people but he handled it with poise and grace. (Not to mention the caller had a bit of a Southern drawl and was hard to understand...nervewracking!)
