Settling in to the whirlwind

Well, we've been home from China 6 weeks now and I think we are as back to normal as it gets around here! We weren't home a week when:
*my mom remarried
*RC won the school spelling bee (which meant he went to district)
*AC turned 12, had his first REAL tennis match AND a Spring Ball to attend for Cotillion (Glad that's over!)
*The Little Empress (LE) had a photo shoot, was dedicated at church, attended a "sip & see" held in her honor, and made the rounds of doctor/specialist visits
*We made a family trip to see the aquarium in Atlanta and to eat at the Varsity. (Now that LE has been subjected to her first Glorified and a FO- she's a GA girl for real!)
* MR made a presentation to her Brownie troupe about China for a badge they were working on.

AND....
We head for Washington D.C. in 2 weeks to tour and see the sights!

All of this on top of the usual tennis, piano, scouts, gymnastics, church, etc.!

Just the same old same old. Wow- we have got to slow down!
